Liberty Carton Company is a nationally recognized designer and manufacturer of corrugated packaging and point-of-purchase displays. With operations located in Minnesota, Texas, Kansas, California and Mexico, Liberty Carton Company provides corrugated packaging solutions for all of North America.


Safco Products

We occur naturally in offices. The front office, the mailroom, the warehouse… chances are, there’s a Safco product there. And where there’s a Safco Product, there’s a happy worker. From green products to individualized filing, color and style options, there’s a plethora of product options awaiting to make jobs a little easier and spaces a little neater.


Diversi-Plast

Liberty Diversified International entered the corrugated plastics industry in 1984 with the acquisition of Diversi-Plast Products; the world's largest manufacturer of corrugated plastic. Diversi-Plast designers and engineers continue to develop high-quality, custom solutions to fit the needs of customers from a wide variety of industries. Diversi-Plast Products is comprised of three operating companies: LDI Composites Company, Southern Diversified Industries, Diversi-Plast Manufacturing.


Valley Craft

Valley Craft, located in Lake City, Minnesota, specializes in high-quality metal fabrication. Product lines include carts, hand trucks, and hydraulic lifting equipment for materials handling.


LDI Transport, Inc.

LDI Transport, Inc., in New Hope, Minnesota, is a federaly licensed motor carrier with authority to haul general commodities within the forty-eight United States. While LDI Transport provides all of the LDI Companies with market competitive service, they are also a common carrier for hire to the general public. Operating with a fleet of over two hundred trailers and professional owner operators LDI Transport, Inc., provides safe and efficient transportation options.


Liberty Paper, Inc.

Liberty Paper, Inc., located in Becker, Minnesota, is a high techonology driven paper mill that recycles old corrugated containers (OCC) into Kraft liner board for new corrugated packaging. This 100% recycled paper mill is as committed to the environment as they are to product innovation. Milltronics CNC Machines

Milltronics CNC Machines, based in Waconia, Minnesota, specializes in manufacturing high-value, high-quality CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machines, combining technology and precision manufacturing. Software, hardware and electrics are all designed by the Milltronics staff.


Ergolet

Ergolet A/S, based in Korsoer, Denmark, has been manufacturing technical aids for the elderly and handicapped since 1988. Ergolet offers complete lifting solutions for the residential and institutional health care markets. Innovative design and advanced technology have made Ergolet’s products the top choice for many hospitals around the world.

Takumi

In August of 2008, LDI further demonstrated its confidence in the international machine industry with an investment in Takumi Machinery Company. Takumi is a manufacturer of high precision vertical machining centers and high speed machines with its main facilities located in Taichung, Taiwan. Takumi's focus on design excellence and long-lasting reliability has contributed to their reputation for quality products and helped to increase their global presence.
